During the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council‘s 2021 Tech Nite on June 16, partner Jared Burden was proud to award the GreeneHurlocker Innovation in Business Award to Staunton-based digital payment startup Traipse, Inc., headquartered in the Staunton Innovation Hub. Founder Darren Smith accepted the award for Traipse, Inc., which has created the My Local Token platform to improve customer engagement in communities by replacing gift cards, creating flexible loyalty programs, and other revenue-generating actions. Burden noted, “GreeneHurlocker appreciates the opportunity to award the Innovation in Business award to deserving entrepreneurs in the Shenandoah Valley each year. Traipse is an especially good example of what the entrepreneurial ecosystem in our region is producing.”
