GreeneHurlocker, PLC, located in Richmond, Virginia, was founded in 2012 by Brian R. Greene and Eric W. Hurlocker, and currently provides a broad range of administrative law, business and corporate law, commercial real estate law, employment law, energy law, mergers and acquisition counsel, regulatory law and litigation legal services throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Our lawyers represent clients before state and local agencies, state commissions, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and around the United States. We also serve as local transactional counsel in Virginia for clients whose primary counsel requires local representation, knowledge and experience.
Our business, energy and regulatory attorneys are committed to delivering the highest quality legal and support services to clients in a professional, effective and cost-efficient manner. We work with our clients in developing aggressive, innovative, and prudent legal strategies at competitive rates. We take pride in understanding our clients’ objectives in order that the work we do is tailored to their requirements. And, in large part due to our size and structure, we are able to live by standards that might seem out of reach when it comes to selecting a lawyer: “accessible,” “trustworthy,” and “personable.”
We are also committed to the Richmond and Harrisonburg communities, and take great satisfaction in our volunteer efforts, which enrich the areas and organizations where we live. Our lawyers are encouraged to show these commitments by links in their profile pages to the organizations for which they volunteer. We hope you will use those links and read about non-profit organizations in Virginia that we each support.
Our firm’s commitment to communities includes the legal community. For example, we recently endowed a $100,000 scholarship at the University of Richmond School of Law. The goal of the scholarship is to encourage students with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds to earn their law degrees at the University of Richmond and pursue careers in energy and environmental law.
We encourage you to contact us to learn more about our administrative law, business law, energy law, regulatory law experience and our other legal services.
