Andy Brownstein and Eric Wallace are Now Equity Members of GreeneHurlocker

 

We are pleased to announce that Andy Brownstein and Eric Wallace recently became equity members of the firm.

Andy Brownstein

 

Brownstein focuses his practice on business law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and investment banking. He counsels business clients and entrepreneurs in buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, strategic financing and capital investments, joint ventures, credit facilities, commercial real estate investments and contract matters.

 

Brownstein was a founder of and served as General Counsel of Global Realty Services Group for a decade, while also serving as its Chief Financial Officer and President of its affiliated title company. He also was Senior Vice President-International Services for LandAmerica Financial Group after serving as SVP-Corporate Development. 

 

Eric Wallace

 

Wallace serves as counsel in the firm with a practice in energy law, energy regulation and commercial transactions. His practice focuses on representing clients in the energy and renewable energy industries on licensing, commercial, consumer protection, technology acquisition, investment, and business development matters. 

 

Wallace represents utility-scale and distributed solar developers, community solar industry stakeholders, regulated utilities, competitive gas and electricity suppliers, renewable energy technology companies, and demand response providers. He regularly appears before state utility Commissions representing clients in administrative, rulemaking, and enforcement proceedings.
