Victoria Howell is an Associate on the energy and regulatory law teams. The firm’s clients call on her for counsel in regulatory matters for energy markets in the mid-Atlantic, including litigation.
Before joining GreeneHurlocker, she was a litigation associate at a mid-sized Richmond law firm. Victoria previously served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judges of the Henrico County Circuit Court, 14th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
Victoria earned her J.D. at the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and served as Associate Manuscript Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Africana and Latin American Studies at Colgate University, graduating cum laude.
Victoria and her husband have one child and enjoy travelling and experiencing new cuisines.
